Dear all, Some customers have reported inbound calls failing every so often this morning and one-way audio. We are investigating with all suppliers. Once we have an update we will post here. Thanks.

BT wholesale are rationalising their IP Exchange equipment and have asked Suretec to migrate onto a new set of SBCs. The migration of inbound VoIP customer numbers should be transparent with no loss of active calls and is due to start and be completed on Thursday 22nd September. Just a quick note to all to say if you have any one-way audio issues, SIP or VoIP stability issues with these routers then downgrade to firmware 3.3.3 and all issues disappear. This can be downloaded here. Thanks
