This appeared to be an isolated case between one of our partners, their customers and routing to each others network. There have been no more reports today.

Dear all, Some customers have reported inbound calls failing every so often this morning and one-way audio. We are investigating with all suppliers. Once we have an update we will post here. Thanks.

Just a quick note to all to say if you have any one-way audio issues, SIP or VoIP stability issues with these routers then downgrade to firmware 3.3.3 and all issues disappear. This can be downloaded here. Thanks
