Everything Thursday evening between 22:00 and 23:00 we may perform minor changes to our network and services due to ongoing improvements, bug fixes, capacity changes and anything minor that will not cause an outage. If an outage is expected we will provide at least 7 days notice unless an urgent issue needs to be addressed due to reasons out with our control.
Just a quick one to say we will be closing at 4pm this Thursday for our staff Christmas meal.
We have 24/7 cover, so if you have any emergencies please read and follow:
Business has been amazing here and 2012 is going to be fantastic. We’ve got some big PR coming out soon and some other technical announcements (API, mobile Apps). Our store is also being worked on to help streamline the signup process with better pricing on hardware too.
Anyway, we’ve now doubled our VoIP capacity with BT wholesale to meet this new and upcoming business and brought on a new location with them. Currently inbound and outbound calls go through BT wholesale in Reading and our other 3 carriers at different locations. We’ve now added Manchester to this which means we have another site for resilience. That’s London, Reading, Manchester and Edinburgh.
This change will go live at 08:00 this Thursday (19th Jan) and will not result in any downtime. If you have any concerns or questions before or after this goes live please contact me personally.
P.S. Have you seen our SureVoIP 5 star reviews?
This appeared to be an isolated case between one of our partners, their customers and routing to each others network.
There have been no more reports today.
Some customers have reported inbound calls failing every so often this morning and one-way audio.
We are investigating with all suppliers.
Once we have an update we will post here.
