Sorry for being so quiet! We’ve been working hard on adding new things to SureVoIP.
It therefore gives me great pleasure to announce that we now have the ability for all SureVoIP Products and Services to be used with Microsoft Teams. What does that mean?
Well, you can continue to use your existing Hosted VoIP service from us, but use the Teams desktop, web and mobile clients to make and receive “normal calls”. Or if you’re not on our Hosted VoIP, we can bolt all those features on to Teams like Call Recording (which can also be saved for 7 years) and Time of Day Routing.
If you have SIP trunks, VoIP Numbers or International VoIP Numbers with us, they’ll work too. You can also show all your existing Caller IDs (or any that you can prove you own). There’s just a small set up step to be done by your Teams admin account. Simple.
