After 4 months of testing we are ready to switch customers over to our own network.
This will take place on Friday 28th February at 10pm until midnight. Services will be interrupted and intermittent during this time. If you are a SureVoIP Hosted VoIP customer, then you may need to restart your phones when you come in to the office on Monday, but most should be fine. Over the next week we advise those running on site phone systems or strict firewalls to adjust your firewall if you haven’t already. Please add a new rule to allow traffic into your network from 185.8.92.0/27. For those of you that are not technical please forward this email to your IT department.

You can follow our progress via our Service Status page and SureVoIP Status twitter account from 10pm on Friday 28th February onwards. Please note: the current network will still continue to work for 30 days from the 28th February and we’ll keep an eye on those that have hardcoded any of the current IP addresses.
