We will be upgrading our softswitch and web gui to the latest stable version that powers the SureVoIP Hosted product. This work will be carried out on Saturday 28th September between 22:00 and 23:00. This will affect both internal and external calls from and to the Hosted VoIP platforms. It is expected this interruption will be between 5 and 10 minutes. We will post updates on the SureVoIP Service Status page once the work is complete.

This will mean your phones will lose registration and will not be able to make or receive calls during that time and may need to rebooted. If you are a SureVoIP customer on any other product you will not be affected.If you would like your calls forwarded to an alternate number or if you have any questions please email support@surevoip.co.uk
