On the SureVoIP hosted VoIP product (some might say Cloud) you can now have completely secure and encrypted telephone calls.
This means if you are worried about calls between home working staff over the internet, then their calls can be encrypted (this feature comes into its own if you are using Public Wifi in an airport).
For example, using the Bria iPhone edition (tested so far; Yealink, Cisco and Snom desk phones) a secure call would look like:
